Birthday-party invitation

The invitation was made for a birthday party of a friend, combining event information with a bank-account number for people wishing to mark the occasion. Large dark letters cut across a purple-green field, while narrow columns carry text through the composition. The financial detail sits within that same graphic treatment, making it part of the invitation. The work gives a private celebration the form of a poster, using scale, colour and the placement of practical information to set its tone
